August 16th, 2008 marked 60 years of trolley bus service on the streets of Vancouver. To mark the occasion, two New Flyer low-floor trolley buses from the active fleet joined four Transit Museum Society trolley buses for a procession from Vancouver Transit Centre to Stanley Park, where a public ceremony took place with dignitaries from Translink.
