The Taichung Bus Rapid Transit System began operations in July 2014, with the Blue Line running between Taichung Station and Providence University near Shalu. The buses all carry the same livery, but are operated jointly by Taichung Bus Rapid Transit Company, Taichung Bus Company, Geya Bus Transportation and Ubus.
